A Global Pentecost Transmission Service

Two thousand years ago, the disciples who huddled in the upper room were the first group of apostles to experience the anointing of the Holy Spirit. On 4 June 2017, the New Apostolic Church from across the globe celebrated the Day of Pentecost with just as much excitement and joy.

Testing and Troubleshooting

Ten days before the Day of Pentecost, the technical team, district rectors, bishops, and apostles received instructions about the Pentecost Transmission being held on 4 June. The technical team needed to do an inventory of their laptops, Internet connection, and projector and ensure that every gadget was working and the Internet connectivity was good.

Priest Ankush and Deacon Allen assisted Brother Robert to ensure everything would run smoothly. On 28 May the first speed test was run and the technical team reported an 80% success rate. On 3 June the next and final speed test was conducted and was deemed just as successful.
