The year 2020 commemorates the 50th anniversary of the New Apostolic Church in India. This special milestone is an opportunity to look back at history and see how our Heavenly Father has worked through the Apostolic ministry to extend His grace to everyone. This year, the calendar focuses on the work in India over the last 50 years and gives insight into how the work was nourished and has grown over time.
Learning About Our History
Beginning with the sealing of the first Indian member, Sister Angel Robinson in 1968, the calendar traces the growth of the work and faith in India. It gives an insight into the early days of the church in India and the hard work of the early Apostles. As the church continued to grow, the 1990’s saw the initiation of various programmes that would be used as tools to sustain the growing work in India. As more church buildings were built, more teachers were trained and more choirs started to sing the praises of God, The New Apostolic Church in India today has a strong and faithful membership all over the country. Continued development in the 2000’s called for consolidation and reorganization of many systems and structures that would help in the administration and organization of the church as it moves into the future. So let us all come together and celebrate, being confident of this very thing, that He who hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the Day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:6).
Keeping Posted Throughout The Year

Waiting Excitedly
Our Chief Apostle Jean-Luc Schneider will be in India in November, to be a vessel of God’s blessing. We urge all of our members to participate in prayer, planning and preparation for this memorable event.
Moving Forward With Our New Motto
As we move into this new year, may joy and renewed strength be found in our worldwide motto for 2020 ‘Christ makes free!’ – May we experience what God and His Son have done for us and be living examples of our faith.
