The New Apostolic Church India is looking for a new Administrative and Office Manager.
The Administrative and Office Manager will oversee the administrative functions of the New Apostolic Church India (NAC India), while ensuring that the requirements of the spiritual team in the field are being met. They will serve as the primary coordinator between the spiritual and administrative functions of the organization.
This role involves overseeing a small team of 5-10 staff, managing records, streamlining operations, supporting head office IT and infrastructure, and maintaining operational efficiency across field programs and administrative tasks.
Education: Full professional accountancy qualification (CA, CMA, CS, etc.) with a master’s or a bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance or in business administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in finance management, administration, or a related field, including strong record-keeping skills. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in a trust, nonprofit, or religious organization is a plus.
